Getting more fit is a personal endeavor. Eating well, working out hard, and staying focused on our weaknesses are all personal aspects to acheiving your goals. It is easier to stay focused and work hard when surrounded by like minded people who support our efforts. Our team proved this over the past year as they each trained hard and pushed each other, making each one individually more fit and more capable. They are an inspiration to us all and we look forward seeing how far they make it next year.
