On the minute for 12 minutes:
3 hang muscle snatches
Run 1,200 meters
12 D-ball over shoulders (100/70 lb.)
Run 800 meters
8 D-ball over shoulders
Run 400 meters
4 D-ball over shoulders
Run 200 meters
2 D-ball over shoulders
For 15 minutes:
Minute 1: Row 20/15 calories
Minute 2: 4 strict handstand push ups + 5 kipping handstand push-ups
Minute 3: Rest

2 cups zucchini, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup steel cut oats
2 cups water
Paprika, salt to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Boil 2 cups water, add oats, cook on low for ~15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine veggies and oats in medium mixing bowl. Add whites of 1 egg, salt, and paprika.
Divide mixture evenly in muffin tin and flatten (you can use a spoon or measuring cup). Bake for ~20 minutes or until the “crust” looks browned and crispy.
Remove tin and crack 1 egg carefully onto each crust. Bake for another ~15 minutes.
