Guided Skill Development Day: On Sunday, July 21 at 9 a.m., Laurie will be offering a guided gymnastics skill development day. Class is free for members. In order to attend, email laurie@crossfitsantacruz.com with the gymnastics skill you’d like to refine or learn, and your current skill level.

For example, “I’d like to work on my butterfly pull-up. I can do one or two, but I can’t string them together.”

Emails must be received by Wednesday, July 17, so a personalized plan can be created for each athlete.
