Youth CrossFit

Youth CrossFit will continue developing the skills found in our CrossFit Kids program; running, jumping, climbing, swinging, pushing, pulling, catching, throwing and squatting.

Athletes will be introduced to the technique and focus required to carry, support, hold and lift. Classes will feature a warm-up, skill development, and a workout. Athletes will encounter and overcome challenges as they get comfortable being uncomfortable. This class will center on the fun and sense of accomplishment experienced when developing skills and getting sweaty.

Ages: 10-13 (Grades 4-7)

Thursdays 4:00-4:50

Cost: Dependent on session length ($20/class)

*15% sibling discount given for second child

What to wear

Participants need to wear moveable clothes free of buttons and zippers. Socks and close-toed shoes are required. Bringing a water bottle to class is also recommended.

Cancellation policy

2023 will bring fixed blocks of CrossFit Kids and youth Crossfit classes. Enrollment will continue unless notice of a drop is given at least 7 days prior to the final class of the blocks.
