CrossFit Kids

The CrossFit Santa Cruz Kids program helps children develop a positive relationship with physical activity in a safe and developmentally appropriate environment. The goal of the program is for children to get comfortable being sweaty and out of breath, and start viewing themselves as strong, active people who are capable of mastering new skills.    

Body awareness and control will be developed as our CrossFit Kids athletes run, hang, jump, pull, skip, spin, push, hop, traverse, climb, roll, throw, stretch, swing, bounce, kick, and PLAY.

Each class will offer a warm-up, skill development focus, workout and game—often the workout and the game will be a single activity.

Age: 6-9 (Grades 2-4)

Tuesdays 4:00-4:45

Cost: Dependent on session length ($24/class)

*15% sibling discount given for second child

What to wear

Participants need to wear moveable clothes free of buttons and zippers. Socks and close-toed shoes are required. Bringing a water bottle to class is also recommended.

Cancellation policy

2023 will bring fixed blocks of CrossFit Kids and youth Crossfit classes. Enrollment will continue unless notice of a drop is given at least 7 days prior to the final class of the blocks.
