Creating a positive association with exercise and fitness early in life is essential to becoming a lifelong athlete. We teach our young athletes to move correctly, improve coordination, and have fun.
The movements involved in CrossFit Kids include all the things kids and teens do on a day-to-day basis: pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. The main goal of the CrossFit Santa Cruz Kids program is to provide kids and teens with a fun and interactive environment where they can work to fulfill their physical and mental potential.
Schedule and Pricing
CrossFit Teens (ages 13-18): 4:00-5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays
CrossFit Kids (ages 6-12): There are no current CrossFit Kids classes.
CrossFit Teens: $150 for unlimited classes/month OR $200 for a 10-class punch card
