Creating a positive association with exercise and fitness early in life is essential to becoming a lifelong athlete. We teach our young athletes to move correctly, improve coordination, and have fun.
The movements involved in CrossFit Kids include all the things kids and teens do on a day-to-day basis: pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. The main goal of the CrossFit Santa Cruz Kids program is to provide kids and teens with a fun and interactive environment where they can work to fulfill their physical and mental potential.
*Schedule Update: The Kids classes will start the Spring Session Monday March 6th
Schedule and Pricing
CrossFit Kids (ages 6-12): Mondays and Wednesdays 3:30-4:15
CrossFit Teens (ages 13-18): Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00-5:00
CrossFit Kids: $180/6 week sessions
CrossFit Teens: $150 for unlimited classes/month OR $200 for a 10 class punch card
