The #800g Challenge was designed by OptimizeMe Nutrition. Eat 800 grams of fruits and/or vegetables, by weight, per day.

Coach Marie will be coaching a continuous Olympic Lifting Class beginning Wednesday, September 4!
Details
Who: Anyone! Just show up at the designated times.
What: You’ll be learning the intricacies of the Olympic lifts—the clean and jerk and snatch—from an experienced Olympic lifter, Coach Marie.
When: Every Wednesday from 7-8 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., beginning September 4. There is no end date at this time.
Where: CrossFit Santa Cruz
Why: To improve your Olympic lifts!
