As the CrossFit Open takes our attention and we start to eat, sleep and dream about our weekly event it is important to remain calm. The whole point is to have fun. Each week we get a mini cycle where we reset the intensity level, focus on training and let the excitement of competition settle in. Each Saturday we ramp up and perform to our best, celebrating each-others success. Sunday we will continue to program a rest/mobility and practice day. Monday-Wednesday will keep on training, nothing more, nothing less. Come in stay focused on what needs to get done, and enjoy the party.
