Making progress with CrossFit is a simple, yet not easy, task. Come in often, eat well, work on your weaknesses. If you want to be in the best health you can be hard work and commitment. It is far easier to avoid what we don't like, eat what we do like and workout only when it it convenient. 2012 is around the corner. Let's aim to make it our healthiest yet.
