Kyle almost there.

If we were to see one more frame of this photo we would see Kyle's shoulder move up and back to his ears in a violent shrug just before he changes direction and begins to pull himself under the bar into the front squat. Mike Burgener, our Olympic weightlifting specialist coach, tells us often that the shoulder leads us down and around. As Kyle finishes jumping his shoulder will move up taking the bar just a little higher and a little closer to his body and then down he will go as fast as he can.
