Squatting is a simple task; start standing keep your feet flat and your back straight sit down and stand back up with your knees tracking out. Deadlifitng is simple; pick and object up with a straight back and vertical shins. Eat lean meat and vegetables for your main source of nutrition is a simple task. All of the above things are important to us at CrossFit Santa Cruz, we understand they are simple but not easy and we will continue to try and get as many people as are willing to do it all really well.
