Coach Marie is offering a four-week Olympic Lifting Intensive Course that starts on Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. Classes will be held two times a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. The cost is $90. If you’re interested, contact Marie at marie@crossfitsantacruz.com or find her at the gym. The course will be capped at 8 athletes.
