SLEEP SEMINAR DETAILS
CrossFit Santa Cruz will be hosing a sleep seminar, led by Kimberly A. Babson, Ph.D. If you are interested in participating in the study, you must submit a paragraph describing your sleep issues to Kim at email@example.com by Saturday, Jan. 5. She will assess and select 10 to 12 participants based on these written statements.
NOTE: You MUST be able to attend all sessions in order to participate.
The seminar starts on Saturday, Jan. 19 and will run every Saturday until Feb. 9. They will be one-hours sessions from 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
You must 18 years or older
You must have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep more often than not for at least two weeks, and is not due to lack of opportunity to sleep (i.e., new parents waking up to care for infants).
You must be able to engage and effectively participate in a group setting.
You must be able to attend each session. The content builds week-over-week and participants will benefit from attending every session.
