Measurable, Observable, Repeatable

This is the third resource post for the "Consistency is King" Competition.

Today we talk performance.  We measure performance by recording loads, times and distances. Repeating workouts allows for an objective assessment of wether we are improving or not.  By keeping track of our workouts and recording our results we can measure relative improvement.  For example if an athlete completes complete "Fran" in 10 minutes and then 2 months later completes the same workout in 5 minutes we know the athlete is improving.

The competition will have 4 "Test WoD"s.  Each must be completed before February 8th.  The workout will be kept secret until after they have been run during class.  If you miss a workout you will have a chance to make it up.
