CrossFit.com is the mother ship for CrossFit. The place we go to stay connected to the bigger entity of CrossFit. We use the website for getting a pulse on the greater community, we get programming examples, interesting reading, thought provoking quotes, workout demonstration videos, and much more. CrossFit.com sets the tone for CrossFit. On the main site you can find links to the games and the journal and all the other affiliates around the globe. Workouts have been archived since the beginning of CrossFit and the story is there if you look.
