Circle Up

Thanksgiving day round up.

One of our traditions is starting every class with a gathering of athletes.  We like to get everyone together to take a moment to acknowledge each other before the workout.  CrossFit can be intimidating enough, there is no need to make any more so.


With a 20 minute clock:
With a partner run 1 mile then, complete as many rounds as possible of:
15 Box Jump
10 Pull-up
