The CrossFit Open Workout 11.5 has been released. Our competition days are Wednesday and Saturday. With a 20 minute time domain we ask for your patience and flexibility with attending class. We will offer our regular schedule, run and judge the Open workout. If you are able please come in early or stay late to accommodate everyone gets a judge and a chance to compete. Also if you are competing on Saturday we encourage you to come in and support your fellow athletes today.
