Congratulations to everyone who competed yesterday. We had some amazing performances and are amazed by the effort put out. Some athletes had to attempt a new PR to get the Rx'd weight. Others pushed the limits and got nearly 30 rounds. Week 3 may be the toughest workout yet. Good Luck to everyone competing on Saturday.
