Training Day

During CrossFit Open our programming is designed to keep us as fit as possible, while allowing for as much rest as possible.  Mondays are a good day for everyone to come in train.  And remember Thursday is squat recovery day. 


Workout: Helen

3 rounds for time of
Run 400 meters
21 Kettle bell swings
12 Pull-ups

Then within the next 90 seconds find your 1 rep shoulder to overhead.
