What you put into the body seems to have the greatest effect on the body’s output potential, and it is for this reason that nutrition is at the bottom of the CrossFit Hierarchy of Development. Time and time again we see the most improvement; fastest times, biggest lifts most dramatic body composition changes from people who dedicate themselves to both CrossFit and a weighed and measured food plan.
