We are closed today, but are back to regular schedule tomorrow, Monday, January 2.

At Home Workout

For total reps:

10 minute ascending ladder of:
1 burpee*
1 sit-up
2 burpees
2 sit-ups
3 burpees
3 sit-ups…

Continue adding one rep to each movement until time elapses.

*If you’ve had enough burpees this week, sub lunges for burpees. Do the number of reps per leg (i.e. 1 = 2 total lunges, 1 each leg).
