REMINDER: In an effort to keep our community safe and healthy, masks will be required starting Monday, November 16. When you arrive at the gym, you must wear a mask and keep the mask on while you gather equipment and are ready to remain at your station. You may remove the mask for the warm-up and workout. When the workout ends and you’re ready to clean up and leave, please put your mask back on. Thank you for your cooperation!
