SCHEDULE UPDATE: In an effort to help support the health of our larger community, CrossFit Santa Cruz has made the tough decision to adopt a temporary suspension of in-person classes. We will provide online at-home workouts.
We are also implementing an equipment borrowing program. Come in today from 5-6:15 p.m. to grab some gear. We will provide additional times to check-out gear.

This weekend is the CrossFit Games Age Group Online Qualifier. Our very own Coach Leah has qualified to participate and we’ll be incorporating these workouts into our programming. The workouts will be announced Thursday at 12 p.m.
