Getting good at anything takes a lot or practice.  We have been doing a lot with a barbell lately. Hopefully you have seen some improvements. 

Tomorrow in class we will be running the Hotshots 19 memorial workout. Tune in to watch the final heat live from Arizona at 1pm.

On Saturday, September 28, the CrossFit Santa Cruz community has been invited to a party. Peter and Raffa have offered to host everyone for a potluck. Bring something for the grill and/or a side dish. If you want something other than some good local brew on tap, bring it. Rumor is that there will be a large dance floor.
