The CrossFit Open Starts This Week!

  • Dates: February 16th - March 6th

  • General Info: Starting February 16th, CrossFit will be releasing one Open workout a week on Thursdays for three weeks. We will run the workout during classes on Fridays, so all you have to do is show up and we will take care of the rest. New this Open season: our Open Mentor Program. In this program, we will pair less experienced athletes with seasoned veterans to guide them through the 2023 CrossFit Open (answer questions, judge workouts, provide guidance on scaling, offer strategies, etc).
