Two regional weekends down and two to go. Week 4 is CrossFit Santa Cruz's week to compete. This year the NorCal Regional is inside the San Jose Event Center May 30-June 1. Cary, Lucas, Matt, Dave, Laurie, Cara, Karla and Danielle have been preparing all year and are looking forward to representing us soon.
