GHD Sit

The GHD sit-up is a great movement. It requires you to hold a rigid upper body, and then whip it up with the power of your legs. If you do not hold tight in the middle you will flop around like a noodle and feel like one in the morning. But if you learn to hold it all together, the GHD sit-up can transfer that power onto all your weightlifting, sprinting and gymnastics.
