Today marks the beginning of the last week of the 2012 CrossFit Open. It has been a fantastic 4 weeks so far. So much hard work, many personal records, and hundreds of valiant efforts. It will be sad to see our weekly traditions go. The Wednesday anticipation, the Thursday reality check, the Friday practice, the Saturday unleashing and the Sunday party. This week no matter what comes we know we will have a good time doing our best.

2:00 rest
2 x 400 meters

3 x 200 meters
1:00 rest between efforts
4 x 100 meters
1:00 rest between efforts

If you are unable to make it on Saturday for competition day you need to
A: Send an email to let us know so we do not assign you a heat time
B: Come in Thursday at 4:15 or 6:30 to pre-do your workout
C: These are your only options
