Week Three Doozie

Week three of the Open gives us an eighteen minute triplet. The workout is a grinder, pairing box jumps, shoulder to overhead and toes to bar. We have had all of these elements in our programming over the last few weeks including going this long. We are all well prepared to be as successful as possible. In this time domain our metabolic engines will be tested as well as some weightlifting and gymnastics pieces. It is an opportunity so showcase efficiency, wind and guts. Here we go team CFSC!
