Today is the first day to sign up for the "Consistency is King" competition.  All sign up are at the gym. The official start date is Wednesday, February 1st.  Bring $10 cash to be put in the "Cash Pool" to later be awarded. 

Also starting today any of the next 9 workouts may be used as part of the competition.  Make sure to keep track of your loads and times.

Workout:

30 Walking Lunges; 1/2 your bodyweight
10 Muscle ups
30 Walking Lunges; 1/2 your bodyweight
10 Muscle ups

Notes:
1. Make lunge steps as long as you possibly can. Trailing knee must "kiss" the ground on each step.
2. Have someone hold your feet and assist minimally for the muscle-up.
3. If you don't have rings you are missing out on an incomparable tool
