Courtnay has a gymnastics background and later spent years dancing and teaching dance. She is also a photographer and a graphic artist. She comes to CrossFit to play. She enjoys high skill elements, hard work, and fun odd challenges. Courtnay is always positive, upbeat, and looking to improve. She recently spent some time in class rehabilitating a nagging knee problem and is having great success re-addressing the squat. I am very proud of her gungho nature and so happy her knee is feeling better.
