We truly believe in the following two ideas as the hierarchy of development as an athlete at our gym. First that you learn proper mechanics, then you learn to repeat those mechanics consistently over time, after that and only after that do you add intensity. In that same vein we also believe that solid basic gymnastics skills such as understanding arching and hollowing, jumping and supporting your own mass on your hands should form the base line of your fitness and that weightlifting and sport will come much faster with that strong base of body awareness.
