Coach Burgener uses Burpees (Yeah Burpees) as motivational consequences. Keeping the attention of young athletes is a challenge, and burpees motivate an athlete to pay attention. We use burpees to motivate our old guard to interact and welcome the newbies.

pause at the bottom for 2-3 seconds then drive the chest up and off the heals......hard, hard!!!
