14.1 and Wine


This afternoon from 3 pm until 8 pm, we will be competing in the first of five Open events. This week, we are pairing the workout with wine.

Ryan Beauregard (usually an 8 am guy), of Beauregard Vineyards, has generously supplied this week's post-workout refreshments.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
75-lb. power snatches, 15 reps
