65 pound Dumbbell turkish get up, 1 rep
65 pound Single-arm overhead walking lunge, 15 feet
65 pound Single-arm dumbell split snatch, 5 reps
Switch arms each round. Perform 3 burpees any time the dumbbell is set down mid round.
