Internal cuing is crucial to becoming good at anything. The voices inside our heads are very powerful. When you are doing CrossFit, you not only have to be able to remind yourself of critical mechanics and technique, but you also have to convince yourself to go harder, breathe and push. The mental training we get by coming in to do CrossFit is powerful.
