You may have noticed a pattern in our programming.  Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are workout days, Thursday is rest day, Friday is workout and Saturday is Competition day with Sunday being used as a recovery and mobility day. We want to maximize our training while still being prepared to give a lot of competition day.  The next three days of workouts are designed to get us back on track to keep us fresh and mentally prepared.
