We have been doing quite a bit of Olympic lifting lately and people are keeping the bar in closer, receiving the bar in better positions and getting brave. We must continue to go back to the idea of jumping and landing. Maybe one of the most athletic movements out there is the jump. So many of human performance involves jumping. Deriving power out of the hip is what we are after.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 Box jumps
20 Wall ball shots
5 Handstand push-ups
