Today's snatch workout is all about composure. Everyone who is attempting this workout will be trying for some type of personal record. For almost everyone at our gym there is a weight on the list that is a heavy, maybe even a weight you have never done before. Having realistic expectations and a plan of how to get after your ten minutes of Snatching is critical. We have worked a lot on the jump and land part of the snatch and we have worked a lot on receiving the bar. You have all practiced and are all as prepared as you can be for competition day. Now it is time to stay calm and relaxed and do your best. It is a fun workout and a great opportunity to go big.

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
