It is Competition day!

• The first heat will begin at 8:15 and a new heat will begin every 15 minutes
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your heat time and plan to stay at least an hour
• Plan to judge the heat after your heat (you will get 8 minutes to recover)
• Bring food, water, a chair, and shade if you want for outside
• There will be a designated warm up area and spectating zone. There will also be a computer at the gym so you can log your score after you compete.

When you arrive find Carole (mom) at the check in table where you will sign in for your heat, collect your score card, and get any additional instructions. Carole will be there to assist you in whatever way she can.
