So far we have completed two of the four "Test Wods" for the "Consistency is King" competition. The first was the Max Rep Pull-ups and the second was yesterdays Kettlbell swing/Dip workout. Make sure to keep track of your reps, times and modifications. We will have a form for you to fill out at soon as we complete the remaining two workouts.
The enthusiasm for the competition is high and people are getting into the groove of better food and more consistent workouts. Make sure you are completing the Daily Report Form everyday. We will try and get a complete list of scores so everyone can double check where they stand, as of the end of Monday the top 5 were;
