If you train short and hard with high intensity we believe you will be able to sustain longer and slower and lower intensity workouts with ease. Jill, Cara, and I competed in our first ever triathlon this Sunday. With no sport specific training we all we able to complete the course with ease and placed well in the event. All those short hard workouts made it so that 35 minutes of swimming biking and running were not problem at all.
