Holiday Schedule


Tis the season to wear layers in the gym. Gloves, hat and sweatshirt are all pretty necessary if you come to a morning or an evening class. Starting the warm up in layers can make a big difference in getting ready for the workout. By the time the sweatshirts come off you are ready to go.
