Straight Off The Floor

When we deadlift we want the barbell to travel in a straight line off the floor. When we clean or snatch we want the bar to drift back off the floor just a bit to position it best for a jump. When we snatch and clean we want to keep the bar as close to our center of mass as possible.



Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
