Jesse works diligently at improving and is gettign stronger, more flexible, and more powerful all while maintaining his incredible speed. Jesse studdies video, constantly looks for new info and will try just about anything to get better. He is a perfect example of a fitness whore.

Over the past few weeks you may have seen him in the gym recording himself working out. He was attempting to qualify for a spot in the OC Throw Down, a huge CrossFit competition in Southern California in January. More than 450 other athletes were vying for a spot and Jesse took first place overall.

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Score is total reps from all 32 intervals.
