The overhead squat is the ultimate test of flexibilty. Few athletes have the range of motion to overhead squat well and similarly few athletes have the patience to develop good range of motion.
The one year anniversary of the MobilityWoD project should serve as a gut check for us all. How much range have we gained over the last year?
