Today is competition day!  All athletes need to view the standards video before coming in. You can find the video HERE.  Come prepared.  We are running classes as usual but we are also trying to get as many people to compete between 10am-Noon, or 6pm to 7pm.

12 Push-Up
15 Box Jump 24 inch/20 inch
