Of the many benefits of training at a CrossFit facility, the camaraderie of others is possibly the most salient.  Getting fit requires hard work and consistent dedication.  Having others to commiserate over the hard workouts and celebrate over the fun ones makes it easier to stick with it.

205 pound Front squat, 5 reps
3 Rope ascents
