Do you have a friend or family member interested in CrossFit that has yet to try it? This Saturday is "Bring your friend to CrossFit" day. For one day only we are allowing you to bring your friend or family for free.
Therewill be a group workout scaled to meet each athletes ability, followed by a nutrition Q & A with Coach D. Bring your interested friend to meet the trainers and check out the place you have been spending so much time at. No Experience Required. (NOTE: You must attend with your person and help guide them through class.)

1. snatch: work up to 85%x1x5
2. cj: work up to 85%x1x5
3. fs: work up to 85%x1x3
4. back extensions: 3 sets x 10 reps
5. abs: your choice
