Annabelle working the assisted push-up
Pat Sherwood showed us a great way to assist our handstand push ups a while back. It took us a while, but we found another use for the bands... getting people off the knees on push ups. The knee push up is designed to take load off the arms. The inadvertent side effect is that it also diminishes the demand of the midline. By using bands and requiring push ups on the toes, we achieve both stimuli.

95 pound overhead squat, 15 reps
