For six weeks, starting Tuesday, September 6th, anyone up to the challenge will:
1. Cook all but 2 meals per week. This means you will shop for and prepare your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (upwards of 33 meals per week). No eating out or buying pre-prepared meals. The point is that you cook and develope a relationship with your ingredients.
2. Photograph all the food they eat and post it to the "DIY Food Adventure" group on facebook.
3. Step on the scale once a week and record their weight or take photos of themselves.
