Here we are beginning week four of the do it yourself adventure. Some people have had tremendous success and most people have been thinking a lot more about what they are eating. Last week I asked for recipes and shopping list to accompany your photos. That home work will continue through week four. Also my challenge to all of you is to start to examine your food quantities and qualities. Let's look at some great resources for how much and what we should be eating.
